Christopher Lloyd (screenwriter)

Christopher Lloyd ( born June 18, 1960 in Waterbury, Connecticut) is an American screenwriter and producer of comedy shows.

Lloyd is known for his work on the television series flyer, Frasier, Out of Practice - Doktor, single sucht ..., Back to You, and Modern Family. He twice won the " Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series"; 1996 for a Frasier episode, 2010 for the pilot of the series Modern Family. In 2006 he won the Annie Award for Writing in at Animated Feature Production for Flushed Away. 2009 Writers Guild of America Award for Modern Family in the categories New Series and Episodic Comedy.

Christopher Lloyd is the son of comedy author, David Lloyd (1934-2009) and married to the actress Arleen Sorkin.
