Chuck Cooper ( born November 8, 1954 in Cleveland ) is an American actor, musical performer and singer
Life and achievements
Cooper made his debut as a child in a small supporting role in the Western Run Home Slow from the year 1965. His first theater role he played in 1983., He received more film and television roles only since the mid-1980s. In the television drama Criminal Justice (1990 ) with Forest Whitaker and Anthony LaPaglia, he played a judge. In the comedy thriller The Opportunists (2000), he appeared alongside Christopher Walken, Vera Farmiga and Cyndi Lauper. In the comedy Noise - noise! ( 2007), he starred opposite Tim Robbins. As a theater actor, he won the Tony Award in 1997. His daughter Lilli Cooper is also an actress.
