Chuck Stevenson
Charles J. "Chuck" Stevenson (born 15 October 1919 Sidney, Montana; † August 21, 1995 in Benson, Arizona) was an American race car driver.
Chuck started Stenvenson 1949-1965 53 times in the AAA National Series and the subsequent Championships USAC series. He celebrated four wins, two of them in 1952, when he won the championship. Nine times he was with the 500 miles of Indianapolis at the start.
Twice he took part in NASCAR racing. In 1955 he remained victorious in Willow Springs.
Since the 500 miles of Indianapolis belonged from 1950 to 1960 the world championship of Formula 1, available at Stevenson five races in the statistics; Points he could not achieve.
