The Río Chucunaque is a river in the Panamanian province of Darién and with a length of 231 km the longest river in Panama.

Tributaries of the Río Chico and Chucunaque are the Chiati. The Chucunaque flows at the place Yaviza together with the river Rio Yaviza. The two rivers form an important tributary of the Río Tuira, which is the widest river in Panama and empties into the Pacific Ocean.
