Cilane

The European Commission nobility, called Cilane or CILANE (La Commission d' information et de liaison des associations de noblesse d'Europe ), is an exchange and networking organization of European nobility associations. It was founded in Paris in 1959 and is used for networking between the members of the nobility and youth work organizations, their business language is French.

History

The Cilane was founded on 29 April 1959 in Paris by representatives of French, German, Austrian, Italian and Russian nobility organizations. In 1987 the accession of the aristocracy federations of Belgium, Spain, Switzerland, Portugal and the exit of Austria, 1990, the accession of Sweden, 1996, the accession of Finland, the Netherlands and the Vatican, 2006 Hungary and 2008 in Malta.

Tasks

For the purpose of preservation of the noble circles organized the Cilane youth exchanges as well as takes place once a year, international youth conferences. In addition, the Cilane maintain a list of its members to establish contacts.
