History
The company's history begins in 1912 with Giuseppe Cimbali, which was established in Milan as a coppersmith and under his family name first produced espresso and cappuccino machines.

Trivia
In 1956, Cimbali tried in espresso drinkers on the model " Rubino " with an advertising campaign slogan "un Cimbalino " to implement as a synonym for the appointment of an espresso at the bar.
