Cinema Impero

The Cinema Impero is a cinema in the Eritrean capital Asmara. It was in 1937, during the last phase of the Italian colonial rule, built in the Art Deco style to the designs of Mario Messina.

It was named after in May 1936 proclaimed by Mussolini after the conquest of Ethiopia Kingdom of Italy.

The building is largely intact, including its equipment in original condition.
