Composed art song was sung in concert halls and recorded early on wax cylinders. In the thirties of the last century it wandered about the film in the song books of the Big Bands, became the trumpet highlight and entered the early forties on the Italian charts. Today " Ciribiribin " is often mistaken for an Italian folk song.
