ÄŠirkewwa

Ċirkewwa is a ferry port in Malta and at the same time the most north-western point of the island of Malta. By offering regular ro-ro ferry to Mgarr Harbour in Gozo. In the summer place near the ferry terminal from also passenger ferries to the island of Comino.

Administratively Ċirkewwa is a part of the city Mellieha; because it is not a village, there is no infrastructure except the ferry terminal. Nearby there is a sea water desalination plant, a hotel and the bay of Paradise Bay. Ċirkewwa is often driven by diving schools for diving. A statue of Mary under water, and the wreckage of the sunken tugboat Rozi 1991 represent the most important attractions
