Cissé Mariam Kaïdama Sidibé

Cissé Mariam Kaïdama Sidibé ( born January 4, 1948 in Timbuktu ) is a Malian politician. She was on April 3, 2011 to March 21, 2012 the first female head of government of their country.

Life

Sidibé was in place of Modibo Sidibé Prime Minister of Mali since 3 April 2011. On 21 March 2012, the government was overthrown by a military coup. The coup leaders sat at the same time the constitution, canceled the scheduled for April presidential election and declared all existing government institutions to resolve.

Sidibé is married and has four children.
