Citypark Albania

The City Park Albania is a shopping center in Albania. It is located on the National Road 2 in the vicinity of the place Gjokaj, around 12 kilometers from the city center of Tirana.

The City Park is Albania's largest shopping center with 98 shops on a sales area of ​​40,600 sqm, including branches of Rossmann, Euronics and Intersport and a Mercator supermarket. Attached also are Albania's only artificial ice rink, the Cartoon land and other entertainment areas and catering facilities.

The shopping center was built by the AM Group, a local construction company. The construction costs are estimated to total 80 million euros. It was opened in December 2009.

The City Park has a distance of twelve kilometers from the center of Tirana, Durres and 25 kilometers by eight kilometers to the Tirana airport. There is a direct exit on the National Road. The buildings are surrounded by large parking areas. A bus service runs directly from the center of Tirana to the mall. Its catchment area covers a radius of 25 kilometers up to 1,350,000 consumers.
