Clarence Valley Council is a Local Government Area ( LGA) in the Australian state of New South Wales. The area is 10,441 km ² and has about 48,000 inhabitants.

Clarence Valley is located on the north coast of the state about 620 km north of the city of Sydney and 320 km south of Brisbane. The area covers 171 districts and towns, including Angourie, Brooms Head, Copmanhurst, Coutts Crossing, Diggers Camp, Glenreagh, Grafton, Illuka, Junction Hill, Maclean Minnie Water Nymboida, Sandon, Tucabia, Tyndale Ulmarra, Wooli, Wooloweyah, Woombah, Yamba. The administrative headquarters of the council is located in the town of Grafton in the center of the LGA, where about 17,500 inhabitants.

Management
