Claudio Böckli

Claudio Böckli ( born June 20, 1984 in Wetzikon ) is a former biathlete from Switzerland.

Claudio Böckli began in 1998 with the sport of biathlon and belongs since 2000 to the Swiss national team. He starts for SC at Bachtel and is coached by Markus Segessenmann. The carpenter from Seegräben launched in 2000 in Hochfilzen first time at the Junior World Championships, but finished only rear placements. Just two years later in Ridnaun he presented himself greatly improved. In individual he finished fourth in the sprint sixth and eleventh in the pursuit. The following Junior Championships in Kościelisko was again less successful, but in his last start at such an event, in 2005 Kontiolahti, he finished fifth in the individual again a good rank.
