Claudio Brook

Claudio Brook (actually Claudio Brook Marnat; born August 28, 1927 in Mexico City; † October 18, 1995 ) was a Mexican actor.

Life

Brook was employed at a young age at the British Embassy in Mexico and played league football for Club de Fútbol Atlante. Then he came over synchronous work on the drama. In addition to numerous entertainment films he made with Luis Buñuel; He lived for some time in France, where he was primarily known for his role as " Peter Cunningham " in the film The Last Temptation (La grande vadrouille ) by Gérard Oury ( 1966). More comedies with Louis de Funès, Jean Gabin and Mireille Darc emerged. In the 1980s he became the star of several television soap operas and was in demand as a speaker for promotional trailer. Also in Theater Brook was seen. The mid-1990s his health deteriorated, so he was no longer able to work. He died in 1995 in a Mexican hospital from stomach cancer.
