Çıldır (Armenian Հիւսիսեան / Hiusisean; Georgian ჩრდილი / Chrdili, Russian Чилдыр ) is a town and a district of Ardahan Province in north-eastern Turkey. Çıldır lies to the east of the province and is bordered to the south by the province of Kars. The district has 10,753 inhabitants Çıldır, the city only 1,683 inhabitants ( 2012).

In the north and east Çıldır borders Georgia (66 km) and to the southeast by Armenia ( 3 km). In Çıldır the border crossing Aktas is to Georgia.
