Clemente Rodríguez

Clemente Juan Rodriguez ( born July 31, 1981 in Buenos Aires ) is an Argentine footballer who currently works at FC São Paulo.

Club career

Rodríguez came in 2000 from CA Los Andes to the CA Boca Juniors and won numerous titles with the club. 2000 and 2003 he won the Apertura, 2001 and 2003 Copa Libertadores. 2001 and 2003 he was with the Boca Juniors in the final of the World Cup. While the game of 2001 against FC Bayern Munich lost 0-1 after extra time, they won in 2003 against AC Milan on penalties.

In January 2005, the defender moved for 7.5 million U.S. dollars in the Russian league to Spartak Moscow.
