Clipping (publications)

In the Media Monitoring refers to the newspaper clipping as clipping (german press cutting).

Depending on the Copyright and Usage media presence is documented by a digital or analog facsimile of the original newspaper article or an internet site and supplemented with references and additional information such as circulation, reach, publisher, placement and so on. Partly also original article to be cut out and mounted on a DIN A4 sheet. In electronic clipping the PDF format has due to its easy printability currently enforced.
