Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs (film)
Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs ( Original title Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs ) is an American 3D computer animated film produced by Sony Pictures Animation and Columbia Pictures in 2009, the German and Swiss premieres were on 28 January 2010. In the United States, the film was launched on September 18, 2009 and went straight to number 1 on the box office.
Action
The film tells the story of Flint Lockwood, a passionate inventors with good ideas that far unfortunately went off towards the tail. These include aggressive rats birds, a device for translating monkey thoughts into human language and Aufsprühschuhe that you can not take off. Although his father is no longer on his side, but he would not give up, because he firmly believes that he will one day develop something that makes people happy. But instead of water, it suddenly rains hamburgers. Flint realizes immediately: That's his machine, which is in a rain cloud. He runs straight home and builds a device with which one can tell the machine what to produce them. From now on, the machine produces the food to order. Always at his side is Sam Sparks, who reported diligent about it.
But the people demand more and more food, and the machine goes out of control, which it produces spaghetti tornadoes, giant meatballs and the like. Flint decides, along with Sam and his monkey to fly into the cloud and destroy the machine.
After a long journey through the cloud and the overcoming of strange enemies, such as live broilers, they reach the machine and sprinkle them with the Aufsprühschuhen. Now the machine can not produce more and explode, just in time before the city is buried under an avalanche of food.
Flint is celebrated as a hero and his inventions are finally respected.
