The dream of a clown is an Australian children's series with 16 episodes, which was produced from 1991 to 1992 and aired from 1993 among others in the First German Television.

Content

Gunnar Simon, a 14 -year-old orphan, has been taken for the umpteenth time by a family in care. But how many foster parents before them understand the Crealeys Simons desire to be a clown, do not. But his foster-sister Linda knows a proper way out. She advises him to run away. In his escape, he learns Jack Merrick, with whom he later worked as a rodeo organizer.

In 1993, the children's series had its debut in the First. It was repeated in 1996, 1998 again in KI.KA where they ran every Monday to Thursday at 15.05 clock. In 2001, she was shown on Super RTL and 2002 tv.nrw.
