Club Paysandú Bella Vista

Paysandú Bella Vista, Bella Vista short ( nickname: Papales, Auriblanco, Pay Bella), is a football club from the city, in the department of Paysandú Paysandú eponymous town in western Uruguay.

History

The club was founded on 11 January 1939, in the name of Bella Vista ferroviario in the house of Juan Spolita. The first club seat was in the building to the streets Avda. Salto and Queguay (the latter is now called: Dr. Luis A. de Herrera ) housed. On January 7, 1971, opened the first owned by the Association club based at Avda. Salto and Montecaseros. On 3 July 1973, the club from Paysandú acquired legal personality and was renamed Atlético Bella Vista. One renamed to the now valid name Paysandú Bella Vista followed in 1999 joining the Asociación Uruguaya de Fútbol (AUF).

The association, which came into existence so far primarily on departamentaler level in the organization structure of the Organización del Fútbol del Interior ( OFI ), has so far twelve times (1948, 1975-1977, 1988, 1991, 1995, 1996, 1998, 2009-2011), the Championship League Departamental de Fútbol de Paysandú win. The first title win was sealed here in 1948 with a 3-1 victory over CA Litoral. On June 18, 1977 we won with a 1-0 win against Club Atlético Atenas de San Carlos in the Copa El País, the most important football tournament residual Uruguay or the inland to OFI - level without the clubs of the all-powerful capital - Departamento.
