Cold Bay Airport ( IATA code: CDB, ICAO code: PACD ) is a public airport in Cold Bay, Alaska. It belongs to the state and is the main airport of the Alaska Peninsula.
The main runway is the fifth largest in Alaska and was built during the Second World War. Today, it is mainly used by cargo airline flights and is occasionally used as Notlandebahn for passenger flights across the Pacific.
Cold Bay Airport was also an alternate landing site for the NASA Space Shuttle.
