Colin Wells (actor)

Colin Wells ( born September 11, 1963 in England ) is a British actor.

Life

Wells decided only at the age of 27 years to a career as an actor. Initially he had guest roles in television series such as Cheers and Mr. Bean. He received 1999 in Shakespeare 's literary adaptation Titus A first major role. In the same year he played a starring role in the British television series The Professionals - The Next Generation, an adaptation of the series The Professionals. This he was well known in Germany, but the series was discontinued after only one season of 13 episodes. Between 2001 and 2002, he starred in the ITV soap opera Crossroads, after which he joined the Channel 4 soap opera Hollyoaks. Between 2005 and 2010 he had a recurring role in the series Casualty doctor.

Wells is married to actress Joanna MacLeod, with whom he has a son and a daughter.
