It contains 14 tracks, one of which, Another day From Heaven, is duplicated and acts as a bonus track on the European edition of the album in an acoustically recorded version. The Christian's wife, singer Robin Beck, can be heard as a guest musician; the songwriting and as another guest musician ( guitar and keyboards) and the Swedish guitarist and songwriter Tommy Denander was involved.

Since the band's debut album, which was released in 1987, the covers of all the band's albums had shown the design one held by two lions blazon. Come to My Kingdom is so far the only album the group that does not show this icon. Although all elements are ( blazon, lions, crown ) of the original motif included, but the arrangement does not correspond to the usual design.

The album was released in Europe on 17 March 2008 on CD.
