Commissioner Moulin ( Original title: Commissaire Moulin ) is a French crime drama television series which was produced from 1976 to 2006. The character played by Yves Rénier title hero Jean -Paul Moulin is a modern Commissioner, the hypocrites, opportunists and bureaucrats despised and unconventional happening in its investigations.
After the East German television had already been shown in the 1980s, part of the series, Commissioner Moulin became known in the 1990s by broadcasting the television channel VOX in Germany. He was sometimes referred to as the 'French Schimanski ".
