Commodate

A loan agreement is when a thing is available at no cost for use on time ( cf. German law: § § 598 ff BGB, Austrian law: § § 971 ff Civil Code).

Colloquially, however, the term of the loan is also found in the rental paid using, for example, the " video rental ", " Boat Rental ", " Bike Rental ", etc.
