Constitutional Court of Bulgaria
The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria ( Bulgarian Конституционен съд на България ) is the highest court in Bulgaria based in Sofia.
The court consists of twelve judges, who are elected for nine years. One third of the judges shall be chosen by the Bulgarian Parliament, and another third are from the Bulgarian President. The last third is elected by the judges of the subordinate superior courts. The competencies of the Bulgarian Constitutional Court arising from the Bulgarian Constitution. The Court is located at Dondukov Boulevard in Sofia.
