Corbek

The Corbek at Witzhave

The Corbek is a creek in southern Schleswig -Holstein.

The source of Corbek located south of Braak. It crosses the places Pape Village, Rausdorf and Witzhave, south of Witzhave leads them into the Bille.

In Rausdorf and the Good Heinrichshof the Corbek is dammed to mill ponds. The only regular inflow is coming from Brunsbek Brunsbach in Großensee -Glashütte. At very high water levels of the Great Lake and this drained by the Kranbergbek in the Corbek.

The mouth area (after crossing the Möllner road ) is since 1987 a nature reserve.
