Cornelis Saftleven

Cornelis Saftleven (* 1607 in Gorcum; † before 4 or June 5, 1681 in Rotterdam ) was a Dutch painter and etcher.

Cornelis Saftleven, brother of Herman Saftleven, formed under the influence of Adriaen Brouwer and David Ryckaert.

He mostly painted farmhouse parlors with human and animal figures and landscapes with decoration.
