Cory in the House ( Original title: Cory in the House ) is an American sitcom that airs on the American Disney Channel since 12 January 2007. In Germany, the series airs on the German offshoot of the Disney Channel since March 24, 2007. It is an offshoot of the series That's So Raven ( That's So Raven ).
The series takes place in the same series universe as Hannah Montana, Wizards of Waverly Place, That's So Raven, Suite Life of Zack & Cody, therefore, on board and Tripp 's rock band so there is also Zack & Cody off and on guest appearances and other points of contact between the series.
Action
The series is about Cory Baxter. He moved from San Francisco to Washington, D.C. to the White House, as Cory's father, Victor Baxter, got a job as a cook at the American president. Cory friends with Newt Livingston, the son of the Chief Justice, and Meena Paroom, daughter of bahavianischen Ambassador ( fictional land of the series, meaning India).
Cory has his hands full trying to find their way in the new environment. Sophie Martinez, the president's daughter, is constantly trying to trick him, while constantly lambasting him the adviser of the President, Samantha Samuels. Besides, Cory became friends with the President Richard Martinez.

Characters
Cory is a 16- year-old boy who lives with his father Victor in the White House. His best friends are Newt Livingston, and Meena Paroom. He plays the drums and has a great sense of rhythm, which was the reason for founding the band " DC3 " with Newt and Meena. His sister is Raven Baxter, which is not drawn with the White House and going to college, but has made a guest appearance.
He was in love at the beginning in Meena, but then come together with Candy.
Newt is 16 and the son of a senator and his mother is the Chief Justice of the United States. His best friends are Meena Paroom and Cory Baxter. He is often a little perplexed and loves rock 'n ' roll. Newt also has some similar characteristics as Raven's best friend Chelsea Daniels, and Cory's friend Larry, both from Raven.
Meena is 16 and the daughter of bahavischen ambassador to the United States. Meena resembles something from Eddie Raven. Your bahavischer accent is a mix of Brazilian and Arabic. Newt and Cory are their best friends.
Sophie is the 8 - year-old daughter of President Richard Martinez. She is known as "America's Angel", to which she always with "Just call me! " Answers. She is in second grade and there not overly popular, just as her father was on the day of the occupations of the parents. She is in constant competition with a girl named Tanisha.
Richard Martinez is the President of the United States. He is also the father of Sophie Martinez.
Victor is the new chef at the White House. He often resolves conflicts between other characters, he gives himself which often has with Samantha Samuels. President Martinez came back in Victor's Restaurant " The Chill Grill" and tried the food there. He decided that Victor will be their new chef. Victor Baxter is also the father of Cory.
