Count Ingolf of Rosenborg

Ingolf of Rosenborg ( born February 17, 1940 Castle Sorgenfri in Copenhagen) is the elder son and the middle child of Hereditary Prince Knud and Hereditary Princess Caroline Mathilde and thus the cousin of the reigning Queen Margrethe. His full first name is Ingolf Christian Frederik Knud Harald Gorm Gustav Viggo Valdemar Aage.

Position in the Danish royal house

At his birth was Ingolf, after his father Knud, were not included in the second place the succession, in the female offspring. Family

Ingolf has three nieces who are known as Countesses of Rosenborg in Denmark: Josephine, Camilla and Feodora of Rosenborg.

Activities
