Court costs

Court costs rise most states for the activities of their courts in most court proceedings.

The court costs are made up of the court fees and court costs. The court costs are levied on the basis of the Law on Court Costs ( GKG ), the Law on legal costs in family matters ( FamGKG ), the court and notary fees Act ( GNotKG ) and various ancillary laws.
