Courtney Crumrin

Courtney Crumrin is an American independent comic book series written and graphically implemented by Ted Naifeh. The series appears in the U.S. at Oni Press, and in Germany at Modern Tales, an offshoot of the Eidalon publisher.

Publication

With the first story Courtney Crumrin and the Night Things Naifeh began to work as a writer. The four-part mini-series was published by Oni Press and nominated for a 2003 Eisner Award for Best Limited Series category. This was followed up to now three more mini-series, Courtney Crumrin and the Coven of Mystics ( " Courtney Crumrin and the Guild of Secrets " ), Courtney Crumrin in the Twilight Kingdom ( " Courtney Crumrin in the Kingdom of Twilight ") and " Courtney Crumrin 's Monstrous Holiday" ( " Courtney Crumrin and the monsters of the ancient world " ) and a single issue named Courtney Crumrin Tales ( no German -language publication), which told a story of the youth of Courtney's Uncle Aloysius.

In German language the adventures of Courtney Crumrin appear when Eidalon publisher in the previous four volumes.
