Crescent (architecture)

A Crescent ( krez ( ə ) nt) is a crescent-shaped, swinging back row of houses. In this arrangement, there is a generous urban motif, which includes far across the landscape. The name can be derived from English and means half moon or crescent moon.

Especially in Bath this idea in the 18th century has been consistently implemented.
