Crescentino

Crescentino ( Chërsentin Piedmontese ) is a municipality with 7940 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) in the Italian province of Vercelli (VC ), Region Piedmont.

The municipality consists of the villages Campagna, Cerrone, Monte, San Grisante, San Silvestro, San Genuario, Caravini, Porzioni, Santa Maria, Mezzi Po, Galli, Cascinotti and Lignola. The neighboring municipalities are Brusasco, Fontanetto Po, Lamporo, Livorno Ferraris, Moncestino, Saluggia, Verolengo and Verrua Savoia. The patron saint of the place is San Crescentino.

The municipality covers an area of 48 km ².
