Cris Morena Group

The Cris Morena Group is a private company from Buenos Aires in Argentina, in 2002 by María Cristina De Giacomi (short: Cris Morena) was established and has specialized in television production, merchandising, music and concerts.

History of establishment

The company was founded in 2002 by Cris Morena, who has been involved in several, mainly in Latin America known plays and series since 1991. While other companies she founded, specializing in a specific area, the Cris Morena Group not only produces television series, but among other things, sound recordings, magazines, musicals and plays.

The productions of the company, such as Rebelde Way, Floricienta Chiquititas or are partially successful worldwide.

In all productions, the company is supported by RGB International. Morena's ex-husband Gustavo Yanklevich was there some time the Managing Director. In Rebelde Way and Rincon da Luz, both companies were supported by the Israeli group Dori Media International.

The Cris Morena Group is responsible for implementing the productions, whereas RGB specializes in business and financial area.

Music

Cris Morena, who began her musical career as a pianist in 1980, wrote several texts to films, including Memoria and Tiempo of Erreway. In addition, she has already composed more than 500 songs that get the highest awareness among young adults in Argentina and Latin America. She worked with the most commercially successful bands in the country together as Bandana ( dissolved ) ( change label) Erreway and Teen Angels.
