Cruzeiro is a Brazilian city in the state of São Paulo, located in the central region of the Paraíba Valley, about 200 km east of São Paulo. Cruzeiro is located 7 km north of the Rodovia Presidente Dutra, connects the national road BR -116, the Rio de Janeiro with São Paulo.

The city has an area of 305 km ²; she counted 77 039 inhabitants in 2010.

From the Cruzeiro professional footballer Breno Vinicius Rodrigues Borges comes. He was from 2008 by 2012 with FC Bayern Munich under contract.
