D. J. Jelitto

DJ Jelitto (born Dirk Joachim Jelitto, born June 29, 1984 West Valley City, Utah), is an American- German ice hockey player who is since 2013 in the Lusatian foxes in the DEL2 under contract.

Career

DJ Jelitto began his career at junior hockey clubs in the Ontario Hockey League, one of the three professional leagues in the Canadian Junior Hockey League, and the Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League. His first years as a senior, he played at Club Utah Grizzlies, who in his home town has a seat and competes in the ECHL. After three seasons, he moved to also in one of the third-highest American leagues, the Central Hockey League, antretenden Club Oklahoma City Blazers, where he rushed for two seasons.

After these years, he moved to Germany. He was active four years for the EC Hannover Indians, where he played a supporting role and was elected to the 2012/13 season player of the year. Due to the insolvency of the Indians who went into retreat in the league, joining DJ Jelitto 2013 the Lusatian foxes to white water, broke the contract but in October for the care of his living in America, diseased father again. He is now playing again with the Utah Grizzlies, the club of his hometown.
