Dag Terje Andersen

Dag Terje Andersen ( born May 27, 1957 in Frogn, Akershus ) is a Norwegian politician.

Andersen was the first time in 1983 a member of the municipal council in Lardal. From 1987 to 1992 he was mayor there. He was initially in 1992 Secretary of State at the Foreign Office and later in the Ministry of Social Affairs. 1992 to 1996 he was secretary of the Workers' Party ( Ap). From October 25th 1996 to October 17, 1997, he was Minister of Agriculture. 1997, 2005, 2009 and 2013, he was elected for the Fylke Vestfold in the Storting. In the meantime, he worked for a short time in the industry and as a forestry worker. From 29 September 2006 to 20 October 2009 he was a minister in the government Jens Stoltenberg II, first for business and commerce, from 20 June 2008 for work and equality. From 2009 to 2013 he served as President of the Storting.
