Dahlet Qorrot

Dahlet Qorrot is a small bay in the northeast of the Maltese island of Gozo.

Location and size

The beach of the bay has a very small about 30 meters wide, sandy beach. At the widest point of the bay measures approximately 150 meters. Dahlet Qorrot located near the villages of Nadur and Qala. The bay is accessible from Nadur.

Dahlet Qorrot is used by a local fishing vessels as a port. In a storm the smaller boats are laid in huts which are carved into the surrounding rock.

On the way to the bay, the road leads past the terraced gardens where mainly citrus fruits are grown. You can hike three small caves via a small staircase on the right side of the bay.
