Dajan Å imac

Dayan Šimac ( born January 4, 1982 in Bingen ) is a German footballer of Croatian descent.

Career

Association

As a youth player Šimac changed from blue and white Münster- Sarmsheim to Hassia Bingen. From there he went as a 17 -year-old 1st FC Kaiserslautern, where he was first employed in the youth and from 2001 to 2003, the second team. For the season 2003/ 04 he joined the Second Division to Greuther Fürth. Among the Franks, he came to a second division operation against Wacker Burghausen, before he moved on into the winter break for SV labor. After his exchange, he received the German citizenship. In labor he was in the 2004/ 05 first-team regular and completed by September 2006 for labor 68 Regional Games. A shoulder injury led to a three -month break, from the Šimac before the winter break 2006/ 07 returned to the team. With the Taunus Steinem he rose in 2007 to the Second Division and completed in the next two seasons, 56 games in which he scored six goals. His contract with the Wehen ran until 2010. After the descent of the Wiesbaden from the 2nd league, he joined in the summer of 2009 FSV Frankfurt. After only eight appearances for the second division team FSV in the 2009/10 season the club and Šimac triggered the current to 30 June 2011 contract at end of season 2010 to early.

Šimac joined then in the summer of 2010, the Hungarian first division VSC Debrecen.

After three seasons in the Ukraine, he signed in the summer of 2013/14 season a contract with the Turkish second division club Denizlispor. Here he was, however, only ten times used in the first round. Since the winter break 2013/14 new defender were purchased, Šimac was not considered, so that the contract on the part of the association was terminated. Beginning of 2014 he moved to the current Serbian Cup winners FK Jagodina.

National

He graduated in 2003 a game for the Croatian U-20 national team.

Private

Before his football career Šimac trained as a hotel clerk.
