Dakos

Dako (Greek ντάκος ) is a common Cretan appetizer of tomatoes, herbs and feta on Paximadi.

The former " poor people's food" is now also found on many menus in Greece. In contrast to fresh bread was baked several times Paximadi previously available anytime, anywhere (for example, shepherds, fishermen and sailors ).
