Dalane–Suldal Line

The railway line Dalane Suldal, Norwegian Dalane Suldallinjen, is a 1.1 km long railway line in Fylke Vest -Agder in Norway. It serves as a bypass path of the terminus station Kristiansand.

Kristiansand has a head station on the Sørlandsbane. The line was built to allow trains to bypass this station without changing locomotives. The single-track line was opened temporarily in 1943 for service between Kristiansand and Audnedal. First drove from the May 15, 1943 only leave trains for the German Wehrmacht, more passenger trains with luggage transport there was from November 1943. Preliminary trains by Sira was taken on December 17, 1943, the normal operation of the route took place from March 1, 1944.

Today, the bypass path is the freight.
