Dalen/Krokslätts FF

Dalen / Krokslätts FF is a Swedish football club based in the Gothenburg district Krokslätt. The team played under the name Krokslätts FF several seasons in the second highest Swedish league, and took part in the 1933 promotion round to the Allsvenskan.

History

Krokslätts FF first played mediocre at inception of the then still unofficial Swedish league system in the summer of 1924, but rose to directly to the second division. Here, the team placed in the upper middle and survived a league reform at the official launch of the league pyramid in the summer of 1928 in fifth together with Redbergslids IK, IFK Uddevalla, Jonsered IF and IF Fässbergs on the level of play. In the following season only saved the better Torquotient against the tied competitors IS Halmia and Jonsered IF from relegation before the season 1929/ 30 has been completed, together with IFK Uddevalla on the relegation zone.
