Damjan Pejčinoski

Damjan Pejčinoski ( Macedonian: Дамјан Пејчиноски, born October 25, 1984 in Ohrid), is a Macedonian guitarist who plays in the contemporary electric guitar playing, especially in the guitar-based fusion jazz.

Life and work

Pejčinoski started playing the guitar at the age of six years. After graduating from elementary school and the high school in his home town of Ohrid, where he still lives, he took in 2003 at the National Music Academy " Prof. Pancho Wladigerow " in Sofia studying on a full scholarship in the field of jazz, from which he graduated with a master's degree. Throughout his musical career Pejčinoski denied numerous national and international performances. In May 2010 he represented his country in the framework of the Euro Vision Song Contest in Oslo as a participant on the stage. From 11 April to 14 April 2012, he participated in Omis for example the famous Guitar Festival.

Instrument

Pejčinoski played until recently on a Music Man Axis, PRS (Paul Reed Smith Guitar Company ) anfertigte him a devoted his guitar. Thus he was the first musician from South-Eastern Europe, which can be classified in the list of PRS players such as Carlos Santana, Orianthi, Al Di Meola and Dave Navarro.
