Dana Haidar

Dana Touran Izzat Heider ( born January 30, 1993) is a Jordanian Taekwondo. It starts in the weight category up to 49 kilograms.

Their first international successes achieved Touran at junior level, 2007, she was in Amman in the class up to 42 kg Junior Asia champion, in the following year she started in Izmir at the Junior World Championship. Successfully ran for Touran 2010. Tijuana was she in the class up to 49 kg Junior World Champion, in Singapore they won at the Summer Youth Olympic Games silver medal. In the Asia Cup in Astana, she could also win bronze in the lightest weight class their first medal in the adult area. Also at the Asian Games in Guangzhou, they won the silver medal. Touran denied in Gyeongju their first World Cup in 2011. She reached the second round, where they eliminated against Yang Shu -chun. In the Asian Olympic qualifying tournament in Bangkok, she won in the class up to 49 kg the decisive battle for third place and qualified for the 2012 Olympic Games in London.

Touran came with nine years on kickboxing for Taekwondo. After decision by the World Taekwondo Federation ( WTF ) she was admitted to the Olympic Solidarity program and got a scholarship that enabled her professional training and participation in international competitions.
