Daniel Albert Wyttenbach

Daniel Albert Wyttenbach ( born August 7, 1746 Bern, † January 17, 1820 in Oegstgeest ) was a Swiss philologist.

Daniel Wyttenbach was born the son of the theologian David Samuel Daniel Wyttenbach. He was a professor at the Athenaeum Illustre of Amsterdam. 1799 to 1818 he was professor at the University of Leiden.

In old age he married his niece Jeanne Daniel Wyttenbach.
