Daniel Gordon ( born January 16, 1985 in Dortmund ) is a German - Jamaican soccer player on the position of midfielder and current Jamaican national football team.

Career

Association

The Dortmund began his career in the youth department of the BVB and moved to the B- youth to VfL Bochum, where he two-time West German A Youth Champion and German vice-champion after the final defeat against youth teams of FC Bayern Munich was. On June 4, 2013 Daniel Gordon received his first cap for the Jamaican national football team against Mexico. In the 0-1 defeat Gordon was in the starting. Background for his appeal to the national team were his paternal grandparents, who had emigrated from Jamaica to the UK.
