Daniel Kablan Duncan

Daniel Kablan Duncan (* June 30, 1943 ) is an Ivorian politician. He was on 11 December 1993 to 24 December 1999 and has since November 21, 2012 Prime Minister of his country.

Duncan is a member of the Parti Démocratique de Côte d' Ivoire ( PDCI ). It was after the death of President Félix Houphouët-Boigny and the resignation of the Prime Minister Alassane Ouattara as prime minister. Previously, he was finance minister under Ouattara, this department he remained in charge.

After a military coup against President Henri Konan Bédié Seydou Diarra 's new prime minister was under the transitional President General Robert Guei. Duncan went into exile in Togo and Paris.

On 1 June 2011 Duncan was foreign minister under Prime Minister Guillaume Soro and retained the office in the government Ahoussou - Kouadio.

On November 21, 2012 Duncan became prime minister again.
