Daniel Kreutzer
Daniel Kreutzer ( born October 23, 1979 in Dusseldorf ) is a German professional ice hockey player who is under contract for the Düsseldorf issued in the German Ice Hockey League since 2002.
Career
Daniel Kreutzer began his professional career in the 1996/97 season at the Düsseldorf EC, for already his brother Christof Kreutzer was active. In his first season, the striker played only 14 games for Dusseldorf and was equipped with a mining license so that he could gain experience in the EV Duisburg in the second-class league 1 at the same time. 2002 Daniel Kreutzer returned to Dusseldorf at the now renamed DEG Metro Stars, where he has since wears the number 23. In the season 2005/ 06 he was appointed captain and therefore, bears the symbolic C at the Düsseldorf jersey. His biggest success has been the Cup victory in 2006 and the runner-up in the years 2006 and 2009. Internationally
The 201- times capped international debut on 5 November 1998 against Slovenia (1-1) in the national team. The former national coach Hans Zach nominated him for the B- 1999 World Cup, in which the German team to rise again in the A group succeeded.
He represented the DEB selection at the Olympics in 2002 and 2006 and a total of 12 World Championships. Furthermore Kreutzer is the still active, the player who was able to post until now most applications.
