Daniel Njenga

Daniel Njenga ( born May 7, 1976) is a Kenyan long- distance runner who specializes in the marathon.

In 1994, he presented with 8:19,21 min at a junior world record in the 3,000-meter steeplechase. Soon after, he moved on to the road race and achieved in 1996 when a half marathon in a time of 1:00:39 h Tokio However, a breakthrough on the full route was initially denied him.

A stir he caused with his second place at the Chicago Marathon in 2002 in the time of 2:06:16. He remained more than five minutes with his then- fastest time ( 2:11:49, tenth place at the Fukuoka Marathon 1999).
